SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Sustainable On-Demand Production
To avoid overproduction and conserve resources, each garment is produced individually for you only after your order has been received.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.
Delivery Times
The total delivery time consists of the production time and the shipping time.
Delivery times are:
• Germany: 4–9 business days
• European Union: 5–12 business days
• International (outside the EU): 7–22 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking information becomes available once the shipping carrier has processed the shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the contents of your order and are displayed before the order is completed.

For a secure and convenient shopping experience, we currently accept:

- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments)

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made directly to Klarna:
Invoice
The payment period is 30 days from the dispatch of the goods, the delivery of tickets, or, in the case of other services, from the date the service is made available. The invoice terms for deliveries to Germany can be found at:

Installment Purchase
With Klarna’s financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but not less than EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified at checkout. Installment payments are due at the end of each month following receipt of a monthly invoice from Klarna.

Instant Bank Transfer
Your account will be charged immediately after the order has been placed.
Direct Debit
The amount will be debited after the goods have been shipped. You will be informed of the exact date by email.
The use of Invoice, Installment Purchase, and Direct Debit payment methods is subject to a positive credit assessment. Therefore, as part of the purchase initiation and contract execution process, we forward your data to Klarna for address verification and creditworthiness checks.
Please understand that we can only offer those payment methods that are approved based on the results of the credit assessment.

All payments are encrypted and processed securely through trusted payment service providers.
We do not store complete payment details and have no access to your payment information.
Prices & Taxes
All prices are final prices excluding shipping costs.
In accordance with Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), VAT is not charged or separately shown.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional import duties, customs charges, or local taxes may apply. These charges are imposed by the relevant authorities and must be paid by the buyer.

Shipping Address
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
As all products are produced individually after an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address can no longer be made once the production process has begun.
