SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Sustainable On-Demand Production

UNITED LOVE CO. is an independent clothing brand based in Hamburg, Germany.

To avoid overproduction and conserve resources, each garment is printed individually after your order has been placed.

Production and fulfillment are handled by our production partners, including Printful. Depending on production capacity, orders may be manufactured and shipped from different fulfillment locations.

UNITED LOVE CO. remains your contractual seller and is responsible for customer service and order-related inquiries.

Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within Germany.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Times

The total delivery time consists of production and shipping.

Estimated total delivery time within Germany: 6–9 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking information becomes available once the shipping carrier has processed the shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the contents of your order and are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment Methods

For a secure and convenient shopping experience, we currently accept:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

All payments are encrypted and processed securely through trusted payment service providers.

We do not store complete payment details and have no access to your payment information.

Prices & Taxes

All prices are final prices excluding shipping costs.

In accordance with Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), VAT is not charged or separately shown.

Shipping costs are displayed before the order is completed.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

As all products are produced individually after an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address can no longer be made once the production process has begun.
